Black collars have shaped and are shaping the lives and spirits of the next generation of martial artists. They have and must continue to lead by example physically, mentally, and emotionally as well as helping students achieve their goals. These instructors have been training for at least ten years and have been in the instructor program for over six. Black collars must obtain the rank 2nd degree black belt before achieving their black collar. This is the final level of the instructor program prior to being a school owner.

Instructors
Aaron Fink, Ben Fink, Michael Crincoli, Anthony Belo and Riley Eddins
Red Collar Instructors have been part of the teaching program for a minimum of two years and have a rank of 1st degree black belt or higher and must be at least fourteen years of age. These instructors have dedicated their lives helping other students achieve black belt as well as helping their peers. They are well respected among others in our NJMAA association. They often run classes and judge at testings and tournaments. They have mastered the curriculum and have the ability to lead a class with great control and discipline.

Assitant Instructors
The blue collar on these instructors represents the maturing process and optimism as the instructor helps students reach for new heights. These assistants have been in the instructor program for at least one year and also have the rank of Probationary Black Belt. Blue Collars often work with small groups, start the class warm ups, and apply some teaching concepts. The assistant instructors are a valuable asset to the teaching staff as they are able to lead any part of class and can give students the individual attention they need.

Instructor Trainees
This is the entry level of the instructor program. Red White and Blue Collars must have obtained the rank of Probationary Black Belt or be at least 13 years old with a rank of Blue Belt or higher. Trainees lead by example in class, demonstrating proper technique and a great attitude. While in the program, these trainees will learn teaching concepts and skills that will allow them to assist in classes and academy events. All instructor trainees have been thoroughly tested on all curriculum and continue to learn basic teaching techniques.
